About the position

As an Advertising Account Manager at Taboola, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing enterprise advertisers, ensuring optimal customer service and satisfaction. Your role will involve building strong relationships, strategizing for advertiser success, and monitoring performance metrics to enhance results while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new enterprise advertisers with attention to detail.
  • Build rapport and provide outstanding service to grow relationships with new advertisers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for advertiser success and retention.
  • Understand client objectives to identify opportunities and effectively upsell.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to proactively optimize results.
  • Help clients meet their goals and scale on the Taboola platform.
  • Identify and develop best practices by vertical and KPI.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent, Native/Bilingual or at least professional Spanish level skills.
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in the digital media space.
  • Experience in Performance Marketing is a plus.
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
