About the position

The Integrated Marketing Leader is responsible for the planning and execution of customer-facing marketing activities for the Digital Energy Division. This role focuses on creating a consistent branded experience through various marketing channels, including digital media, events, and paid customer acquisition campaigns. The position requires a digital native marketer who can drive omni-media campaigns while fostering a data-driven culture to optimize campaign conversions. The mission is to accelerate growth and enhance customer understanding, improving opportunities with prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing engagement strategies aligned with business priorities and KPIs.
  • Spearhead the transformation of marketing to leverage new CDP, Marketing Automation, ABM, web, and digital capabilities.
  • Develop annual marketing plans for the Digital Energy Division.
  • Activate segment, channel, and offer campaigns to achieve business goals through integrated media.
  • Own multi-channel paid media strategy and budget for demand generation and customer acquisition.
  • Establish reporting benchmarks for measuring business-critical KPIs related to growth.
  • Develop content and campaign initiatives aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal studios to create innovative concepts across various mediums.
  • Drive customer conversion through user segmentation analysis and engaging campaigns.
  • Direct multiple marketing agencies to ensure objectives of omni-media campaigns are met.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and stands out for quality and ingenuity.
  • Monitor industry trends to capitalize on marketing opportunities.
  • Gauge and develop the team's talent potential for professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital or growth marketing leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in Martech transformation.
  • Experience in leading large-scale, brand-specific proprietary events.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to work across cultures.
