About the position

As a Graphic Designer at Middough Inc., you will play a crucial role in the corporate marketing team, focusing on the design and development of marketing and communications materials. This temporary part-time position involves maintaining brand guidelines and collaborating with various internal teams to create effective marketing content for both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and other internal team members on design and content for new and revised marketing materials.
• Review content for grammar, spelling, brand messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice, providing and suggesting content edits for various marketing materials and channels.
• Create and design materials for social media, website copy, internal announcements, posters, presentations, brochures, proposal documents, corporate communications documents, advertisements, and marketing procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or digital media & design.
• 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite products, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office products.
• Mid- to expert-level marketing design experience.
• Basic knowledge of search engine optimization practices.
• Ability to learn new technology efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High proficiency using Microsoft products for Teams, Excel, Project, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and be highly organized for effective project planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
