About the position

The Advertising Manager, Digital Marketing at Zoomget is responsible for executing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns to drive consistent growth in advertising performance and investment. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in Amazon Advertising, eCommerce, and direct marketing, who can analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance campaign management. The position is remote but limited to candidates residing in WA or NV.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (PPC and DSP) across multiple product lines to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve consistent growth in advertising performance and investment.
  • Source, analyze, and interpret data to inform advertising strategy, using tools like Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Design customized reporting and data visualization methods that provide actionable insights and highlight performance trends across product lines.
  • Identify and address process inefficiencies in campaign management, developing tools, processes, and reporting systems to improve daily operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline campaign execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stay current on Amazon Advertising innovations, eCommerce trends, and direct marketing best practices to incorporate new tools and strategies.
  • Serve as an internal expert in Amazon advertising, providing strategic recommendations and insights to enhance advertising outcomes across the business.
  • Act as a liaison for feedback, providing structured insights to data science, product, and development teams to improve campaign reporting and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive automation and improve critical components of campaign reporting and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and Amazon DSP campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) data analysis and familiarity with SQL.
  • Proficiency in Excel for advanced data manipulation and reporting.
  • Experience in paid search account management, with demonstrated success in managing performance-driven campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google advertising is a plus, though not required.
  • Requires the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and creatively develop processes to aid efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Must have initiative, be resourceful, able to work independently without a lot of guidance.
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment.
  • Requires fluency in English with good verbal and written skills.
  • Must be able to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and staff in a diverse, global environment.
  • Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite of software.

  • Base salary range of $105,000 - $120,000 with 20% bonus potential
