The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating various advertising and marketing campaign strategies to promote our brand and services effectively. This role requires a creative individual who can manage multiple projects and collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The Operations, Advertising and Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. In this position, you will develop and implement advertising campaigns across various platforms, monitor and analyze their performance, and collaborate with the Canis owners to create engaging content. You will also manage budgets for advertising campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Utilizing marketing automation tools will be essential to streamline processes and optimize content for SEO to increase online visibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating print advertising materials and publications, managing all social media marketing initiatives, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. Your role will also involve handling logistics, ensuring that appropriate staffing, organization, and operational procedures are in place. You will facilitate communication between departments and ensure compliance with operational guidelines. Furthermore, you will oversee scheduling, training calendars, and client communication, making this a multifaceted position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements
