About the position

The Advertising Sales Account Executive at Creator Media Network is a results-driven role focused on identifying potential clients and selling innovative digital advertising solutions. This position involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and driving revenue growth through tailored advertising strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and client management, ensuring successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate leads by identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Engage in Consultative Selling to understand clients' business objectives and challenges, offering tailored advertising solutions.
  • Manage Client Relationships by building and maintaining long-term relationships to foster trust and ensure satisfaction.
  • Present & Negotiate by delivering compelling presentations to potential clients, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client success.
  • Stay Updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and Creator Media Network's product offerings to better serve clients.
  • Achieve Sales Targets by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of experience in digital advertising sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including YouTube, Streaming TV, social media, video, and omni-channel strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
