About the position

El Especialito is seeking an Advertising Sales Account Executive to sell display advertising to both new and existing clients. This role involves prospecting, contacting, and closing deals while nurturing client relationships to understand their advertising needs. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact and close new advertisers
• Work directly with clients to develop and nurture relationships to understand their advertising needs
• Prospect specific opportunities for larger sales team initiatives
• Timely and accurate tracking of all sales activity in CRM
• Manage customer relationships
• Demonstrate goal-oriented, persuasive, and persistent work ethic
• Exhibit excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Utilize outbound sales and cold calling techniques
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain keen attention to detail
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and digital literacy
• Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• 3 years of customer service experience
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and use of a car
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
