About the position

As an Advisor Data Analyst at Gainwell Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leveraging technology to enhance the health and well-being of vulnerable communities. This position involves executing data governance activities, ensuring data quality, and supporting data management strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to capture data requirements and maintain data governance policies, contributing to innovative solutions in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Execute Data Governance activities within the Project Implementation Plan and Initiation Work Plan.
• Ensure execution of the Data Governance and Data Quality sections of the Data Management Plan.
• Lead and drive configuration and maintenance activities for all Collibra software components.
• Serve as a liaison between Data Integration and Data Governance teams, capturing specific data requirements.
• Support and execute strategy for data monitoring, metadata management, and reporting across various PHM Service components.
• Serve as primary backup to Data Governance Director, leading and/or attending meetings as necessary.
• Conduct and support data analysis activities to assist with the identification and capture of data needs.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or other relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare data management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration including server configuration, operations, and maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis using SQL or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Data Governance and Data Quality concepts and processes.
