About the position

The Onboarding Specialist will oversee the process of advisors transitioning their business to the Stratos platform, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for Financial Advisors. This role involves collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to facilitate the integration of new advisors into the Stratos system, managing complex projects and processes from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Work with new advisors as their main point of contact for all aspects of onboarding.
• Collaborate with other departments within Stratos to ensure onboarding success.
• Maintain agenda, follow-up notes, and communication on advisor onboarding projects.
• Prepare new account documents including account transfer forms and other forms as applicable.
• Track, monitor, and report out on onboarding progress.
• Help new advisors get up to speed on internal processes, new software, and working with business partners.
• Follow up on the account opening process and resolve NIGOs in a timely fashion.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree preferred.
• FINRA licenses (7,66) preferred.
• 6+ years' experience in Financial Services.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled at working in a fast-paced environment.
