About The Position
The Advisor Professional Development Program (APDP) at Key Investment Services is a 22-month phased program designed to launch and develop a career in advice-based wealth management. This program focuses on equipping novice advisors with the necessary technical skills and financial acumen to build a successful, client-centric financial practice. Participants will fast track through licensing and, upon completion, will transition into a Private Client Advisor role, where they will continue to develop their skills through an apprenticeship program.
