About the position

As a Merchandise Leader at American Eagle Outfitters, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Merchandising Team Leader to maintain the store's visual standards and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Your responsibilities will include executing effective Floorsets, managing merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always ready for guests. This part-time position requires a keen attention to detail and a passion for merchandising, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive effective Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom.

Requirements

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• History of retail work experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
