About the position
The AEM Automation Tester role involves testing AEM CMS applications using various approaches, including web, hybrid, and headless. The position requires a deep understanding of AEM functionalities and the ability to perform QA automation for both UI and API functionalities. This is a contract position based in Sunnyvale, CA, with a focus on ensuring the quality and performance of applications running on AEM.
Responsibilities
- Test AEM CMS applications using web, hybrid, and headless approaches.
- Perform QA automation for AEM functionalities and extended UI/API functionalities.
- Conduct UI, functional, white box, and integration testing for applications running on Linux.
- Utilize SQL and database schema design knowledge in testing processes.
- Execute UNIX commands for accessing remote servers and working with file systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience testing AEM CMS applications.
- Deep understanding of AEM Pages, Content Fragments, Nested content fragment models, Components, MSM, inheritance, and UI validations on AEM using versions 6.3/6.4/6.5.
- 5+ years of experience testing JVM based web applications.
- Expertise in Java and/or Scala programming.
- Experience with UI, functional, white box testing in Java, Scala, or other languages.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of SQL and database schema design.
- Experience with NoSQL databases.
