About the position

We are seeking an experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM development and prior experience migrating systems to private cloud infrastructure. This role will involve working closely with development, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure seamless migration, configuration, and optimization of AEM platforms in a private cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AEM solutions for web content management.
• Lead or assist in migrating existing AEM environments to a private cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security in the cloud environment.
• Manage AEM templates, components, dialogs, and workflows.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of AEM solutions.
• Ensure proper integration with external systems, including databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Work with cloud technologies, including virtualization, containerization, and automation tools.
• Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams throughout the migration process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AEM Engineer, including developing, configuring, and deploying AEM solutions.
• Hands-on experience migrating AEM environments to private cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud solutions).
• Experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, Sling models, and HTL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong background in integrating AEM with analytics tools, CRMs, or other third-party systems.
• Experience with cloud security best practices.
