About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an AEM Engineer. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in AEM support engineering, system engineering, frontend, backend, and authoring. Additionally, experience in the Cards and Payments domain is mandatory. This role involves designing and implementing robust AEM solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of AEM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Oversee the implementation of AEM components, templates, and workflows to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in AEM frontend and backend development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the AEM platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain AEM authoring guidelines and best practices for content creators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM infrastructure and applications.
• Implement and manage AEM upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Work closely with the Cards and Payments team to ensure AEM solutions align with domain-specific requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on AEM authoring and content management.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in AEM support engineering, system engineering, frontend, backend, and authoring.
• Demonstrate expertise in the Cards and Payments domain.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Show proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Have experience with AEM upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Be familiar with performance optimization techniques for AEM.
• Understand security best practices for AEM implementations.
