About the position

The AEM Full Stack Developer role involves the development and implementation of AEM-based solutions, focusing on high performance, reliability, and scalability. The position requires collaboration to integrate AEM components seamlessly, covering both frontend and backend development. The developer will design and architect AEM solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client IT standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AEM-based solutions ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate to integrate AEM components seamlessly.
• Design and architect AEM solutions based on business requirements.
• Create and customize AEM components, dialogs, widgets, templates, and workflows to meet specific project requirements.
• Develop reusable AEM components and integrate with third-party systems.
• Perform Adobe Product Administrative tasks including infrastructure setup, performance optimization, and security.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AEM programming in Web Technologies like JSP, JavaScript, XML, XPATH, AJAX, JQuery, Adobe APIs, Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, Apache Web Server.
• Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, and enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM, with AEM as a cloud service experience preferred.
• Experience architecting and implementing Adobe solutions.
• Solid understanding of UX and web components with good experience in front-end development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and AEP.
• Experience with various code management, code quality, and continuous integration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube.
• Other CMS experience.
