About the position
The AEP Architect at TekWissen is responsible for leading the design and architecture of scalable and secure solutions on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role involves managing and optimizing customer data strategies, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enhancing customer experiences. The architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AEP with various Adobe Marketing Cloud products and third-party systems, while overseeing data quality and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable and secure solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Define data architecture and models that support data ingestion, transformation, and activation in AEP.
- Oversee the integration of AEP with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products and third-party systems.
- Configure key platform features such as Real-time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and Journey Orchestration.
- Architect and manage customer data strategies, including data ingestion and profile management.
- Oversee data quality, schema validation, and cross-channel data synchronization.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and platform enhancements.
- Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, and status reports.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
- Proven expertise in implementing Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and data management strategies using AEP.
- Solid understanding of customer data strategies, data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time customer profiles.
- Strong experience in integrating AEP with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and third-party systems.
- Experience in developing and managing XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
