About the position

The Aerial Drop Technician position involves working outside to manage and maintain aerial drops, ensuring they are properly hung, repaired, or reconnected as needed. This role is focused on non-customer facing tasks and requires experience in telecommunications and related fields. Technicians will work independently, using their own vehicles and tools to complete the job efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Rehang aerial drops that are down or broken.
• Reconnect disconnected drops to ensure they are back online.
• Update progress through PD or JOT forms as required.
• Work independently on the road, managing tasks without direct supervision.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in cabling, satellite, home security, or telecommunications (e.g., DIRECTV, CABLE, VIASAT, Sudden Link, Comcast, Spectrum, Cox, or DISH NETWORK).
• Must have your own van or truck capable of carrying a 28' ladder.
• Ability to work outside and manage tasks independently.

Benefits

• $100 per diem per truck.
