About the position

The Aerial Drop Technician position involves working outside to manage and maintain aerial drops for telecommunication services. Technicians will be responsible for re-hanging, repairing, and reconnecting drops to ensure they are operational. This role is non-customer facing and requires technicians to work independently on the road, utilizing their own vehicles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Re-hang aerial drops that are down.
• Repair broken drops and rerun them as necessary.
• Reconnect disconnected drops to restore service.
• Update progress through PD or JOT forms.
• Work with street sheets by NODE to track job status.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience with cabling, satellite, home security, or telecommunications.
• Ability to carry a 28' ladder and have all necessary tools.
• Own a van or truck suitable for the job.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with DIRECTV, CABLE, VIASAT, Sudden Link, Comcast, Spectrum, Cox, or DISH NETWORK.

Benefits
