Responsibilities

• Support the aerial lineman with various manual tasks.
• Prepare tools and manage supplies for aerial work.
• Dig trenches as required for installation tasks.
• Drive trucks or reel tenders to job sites.
• Be available for on-call rotations to assist the team.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver license.
• High awareness of safety and compliance with company safety rules.
• Ability to work unsupervised and maintain a professional attitude.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to work from heights from an elevated aerial device (0' to 80').
• Must be able to work on feet all day.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in telecommunications or construction industry.
• Familiarity with reading cable, phone, and fiber prints.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.
