About the position

RBG Inc. is seeking an Aerial Lift Technician to join their team in Raymond, NH. This full-time position involves working on various makes and models of aerial lifts, including bucket trucks and cranes. The technician will perform inspections, conduct dielectric tests, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and complete repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. The role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and dielectric tests on aerial lifts and bucket trucks.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Complete repairs in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines and OSHA/ANSI standards.
• Read and interpret schematics and parts manuals.
• Utilize a variety of power tools and hand tools for repairs.
• Maintain safety measures while working independently.

Requirements

• 1 year of mechanical knowledge or experience required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and spec sheets.
• Experience with electrical wiring for lights and accessories is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical or mechanical problems.

Nice-to-haves

• Hydraulic experience and understanding are a plus.
• Forklift and rigging skills are highly desirable.
