About the position

The Aerial Survey Pilot position involves operating Cessna T206 aircraft for mission-based aerial surveys. The role requires the pilot to be flexible with travel, as missions may require extended periods away from home. The pilot will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient flight operations while adhering to all regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Cessna T206 aircraft for aerial survey missions.
  • Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and safety protocols.
  • Work out of town for extended periods as missions dictate.
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft.
  • Collaborate effectively with crew members during missions.

Requirements

  • Valid Pilot License (CSEL and Instrument rated).
  • Minimum of 800 total flight hours (TT).
  • At least 500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
  • A minimum of 50 night flight hours.
  • Experience with Cessna 206 or significant complex time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in VFR operations.
