About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you will be the face of the company, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your role involves engaging with guests, promoting brand loyalty, and embodying the company's values while showcasing a passion for Aerie products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for interacting with people.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with Aerie and AE products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and make tailored product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly work in various zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
