About the position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers. Your primary goal is to engage with guests, provide product knowledge, and foster brand loyalty while embodying the company's values. This position requires a passion for the brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding products.
• Educate customers on product details and make tailored product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly work across different store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for interacting with people.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
