Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

About the position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your role involves engaging with guests, educating them about products, and promoting brand loyalty while embodying the company's values. You will work in various areas of the store, including sales, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom, ensuring customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions based on their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flexibly work in different zones of the store as needed, including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures with integrity.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
