About the position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your role involves engaging with guests, educating them about products, and fostering brand loyalty. You will work in various areas of the store, including sales, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockrooms, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding products.
• Educate customers on product details and make personalized product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly work in different store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in photo manipulation is a plus.
