As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life every day. Your primary goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who enters the store, ensuring they leave feeling better than when they arrived. You will be the face of our company, embodying our values and showcasing your passion for our products. Your enthusiasm for Aerie and American Eagle products will help build brand loyalty among our guests, making them feel valued and appreciated. You will represent our company with pride, bringing your authentic self to work each day. In this role, you will engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model, which emphasizes a friendly and helpful approach. You will assist guests in finding exactly what they are looking for, providing product education and making personalized suggestions. You will also introduce customers to our AEO loyalty program and other brand channels, enhancing their shopping experience. Flexibility is key, as you will be expected to work in various areas of the store, including the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, depending on the needs of the business. Problem-solving is an essential part of your responsibilities. You will proactively address guest concerns while adhering to company policies, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. Teamwork is vital in this position, and you will be expected to support your colleagues in achieving store goals. Integrity is paramount; you will consistently follow AEO's policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to enhance their shopping experience.
• Educate customers on product details and make personalized product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flexibly work across different store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure store goals are met and maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures with integrity.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for interacting with people.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Familiarity with Aerie and American Eagle products.
