About the position

The Aero Project Manager is responsible for overseeing customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects, ensuring project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing project-related activities and resources, implementing commercial and technical strategies, and serving as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires leadership skills to develop talent and manage cross-functional teams while adhering to established policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turnkey projects or product/equipment-only projects.
• Direct or indirectly lead and manage project resources.
• Develop talent and influence team members.
• Utilize technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy.
• Propose solutions to project issues using judgment and technical experience.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues leading smaller projects.
• Drive operating rhythms to address challenges, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 6 years of experience in relevant job family groups or functions.
