About the position

The Aerospace Digital Marketing & Design Specialist is responsible for creating and managing engaging visual content across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and recognition. This role involves collaboration with the business development team, conducting market research, and executing marketing strategies to support the company's mission in revolutionizing video technology for aerospace applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging visual content for multiple digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertisements.
  • Plan and execute company participation at trade shows and conferences, ensuring impactful and professional representation.
  • Create high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to provide insights and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Provide analytical reports on marketing campaigns, measuring effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or business development, with a proven ability to create compelling content across various platforms.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard graphic design tools, including Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), QuarkXPress, and other relevant software.
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, typography, layouts, and print/web design principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in content branding, videography, and digital marketing.
  • Background or knowledge in the aerospace, defense, or space industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO campaigns and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous marketing and design work, particularly within aerospace/defense or similar sectors.
