The recruiter will utilize advanced ATS and VMS systems to streamline recruiting efforts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and recruit top-tier talent for open positions in the aerospace sector.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to candidates, clients, and teammates.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Partner with the payroll team for accurate weekly pay processing.
• Utilize industry-leading ATS and VMS systems to streamline recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in aerospace recruiting or a related niche field.
• Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with FAA compliance and drug & alcohol testing.
• AS9100 expertise.
