About the position

The Aesthetic Nurse Injector position at Facial Aesthetics involves administering cosmetic treatments to clients, enhancing their appearance while ensuring patient satisfaction through personalized care. The role requires collaboration with a medical team to deliver safe and effective procedures in a professional environment, with a focus on continuous education and adherence to clinic standards.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and medical history.
  • Provide recommendations and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other facial rejuvenation procedures.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment results, adjusting techniques as necessary.
  • Educate clients on skincare and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Respond to patient questions and employee concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  • Uphold clinic standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques in aesthetic medicine.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
  • Adhere to all corporate, departmental, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Possess a working knowledge of all Facial Aesthetics services and products.
  • Attend continuing education opportunities as needed.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate with Clinic Manager regarding inventory needs.
  • Meet monthly KPI's set by the management team.

Requirements

  • Valid RN/NP/PA licenses in the State of Colorado.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin conditions, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional development and continuing education in aesthetic medicine.

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
  • Cosmetology License (preferred).
