About the position

The Boston Scientific Watchman Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to team success. This role requires strong clinical excellence and the ability to build relationships with hospital personnel and physicians. The Territory Manager will manage their territory with integrity and align actions with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on product, competition, and pricing needs.
  • Analyze sales figures and reports to develop action plans for achieving annual sales goals.
  • Clinically support procedures at accounts to gain insights into physician and lab staff nuances.
  • Establish pricing packages that address customer needs while satisfying company guidelines.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions or collaborating with related personnel.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key purchasing decision makers.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience in Medical Devices, ideally in Cardiology or similar hospital-based sales.
  • Progressive record of accomplishment demonstrating increased levels of success.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree or MBA.
  • Experience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related industry.
  • Experience with implantation in cardiovascular and/or medical devices.
  • Technical aptitude to discuss complex product information.
