About the position

The Boston Scientific Watchman Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to team success within the healthcare industry. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate hospital and office settings effectively. The Territory Manager will engage with customers through product demonstrations and procedural observations, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule sales calls to meet with current and potential customers and referral networks to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies by analyzing product, competition, and pricing needs of existing and potential accounts.
  • Create action plans by analyzing sales figures and discussing account needs with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Clinically support procedures at accounts to understand the specific nuances of each physician and lab staff member.
  • Establish pricing packages by collaborating with relevant personnel to meet customer needs while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions or collaborating with other personnel.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key purchasing decision makers and facilitate future sales.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience in Medical Devices, particularly in Cardiology or similar hospital-based sales.
  • Progressive record of accomplishment demonstrating increased levels of success.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree or MBA.
  • Experience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related industry.
  • Experience with implantation in cardiovascular and/or medical devices.
  • Technical aptitude to discuss and explain complex product information.
