About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Realtor to join our real estate team at American Dreams Realty, LLC. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the buying and selling processes while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of real estate law, and the ability to effectively market properties. A successful Realtor will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of negotiating favorable terms for clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and develop effective marketing strategies.
• Prepare and present property listings, including photographs and descriptions that highlight key features.
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Utilize various marketing channels to promote listings, including social media and networking events.
• Attend open houses and property showings to showcase listings to potential buyers.
