About the position

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding affiliate partnerships to drive high-quality, compliant leads for clients in the Legal, Financial, and Healthcare sectors. This role involves relationship management, data-driven optimization, and strategic growth initiatives to enhance the affiliate program's performance. The position is remote but requires occasional travel to Tampa or Dallas metro offices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the affiliate lead generation program for key consumer-facing verticals, including Legal, Financial, and Healthcare.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners.
  • Research, identify, and onboard new affiliate partners that drive value and align with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for improved lead quality and pricing efficiency.
  • Adjust affiliate margins, delivery weighting, and pricing strategies to maximize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate programs with broader company objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, ensuring quality control and effective execution of tasks.
  • Monitor and resolve system issues, troubleshoot lead delivery errors, and ensure seamless lead acceptance.
  • Reconcile affiliate expenses, manage payouts, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Review lead disputes and process corrections as necessary, delivering regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, or economics preferred.
  • Experience working with large scale vendor accounts preferred.
  • Experience with pricing negotiations.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Oracle, etc.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of key metrics including ROI.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
