The Affiliate Marketing and Brand Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in managing brand partnerships and affiliate marketing strategies for Taryn Newton, a lifestyle platform. This position involves overseeing the lifecycle of brand partnerships, strategizing content for affiliate platforms, and creating engaging graphics. The role is designed for a creative individual who can enhance brand performance and contribute to the growth of the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent management with the life cycle of the partnership
• Ensure all brand partnership details are logged in a timely manner within Asana
• Submit insights within 24 hours of campaign completion
• Provide strategy on how to improve brand partnership performance
• Communicate timely with all brand partners
• Shoot brand partnerships
• Pitch brand partnership initiatives
• Provide monthly report on brand partnerships performance
• Provide brand partnership performance reports
• Link necessary verification pages (e.g., Creator IQ)
• Monitor the success of brand partnerships on social media
• Strategize all LTK content
• Post 4-6 LTK posts per day
• Post video content on affiliate platforms
• Manage, plan, and analyze the LTK calendar
• Provide weekly LTK performance report
• Research viral and trending clothing and products
• Monitor the profitability of cost of items vs. LTK commission
• Strategize LTK content for stories and in-feed
• Post affiliate platforms to social platforms
• Source and search content creation ideas with the team
• Manage the Amazon storefront
• Create graphics for the Amazon storefront
• Map out products and clothing styling
• Show visual mockups in Canva
• Brainstorm organic content ideas with the team

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing and brand partnerships
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics
• Experience with social media management
• Familiarity with LTK and affiliate platforms
