About the position

The Affiliate Marketing Associate is responsible for managing the affiliate marketing strategy, building partnerships to enhance brand awareness, and generating new customer leads. This role involves collaboration with SEO, PR, and digital marketing agencies to ensure effective campaign implementation and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy.
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, including content creators and fundraising partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance.
  • Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs.
  • Ensure timely payment and communication with affiliates.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key publishers to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with publishers to create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with publisher networks to ensure beneficial partnerships.
  • Track and analyze the performance of publisher partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for SEO, PR, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with the brand's overall marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Provide agencies with necessary resources and information for campaign execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate agency performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive and effective campaign implementation.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for affiliate and partnership marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+-6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels.
  • DTC ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
