The Affiliate Marketing Manager will focus on leveraging traditional and emerging channels to drive acquisition. This individual will help with the day-to-day operations for affiliate advertising and partner with the cross-channel marketing teams. We are looking for someone passionate, enthusiastic, can multi-task with extreme attention to detail, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships across internal and external audiences at all levels with a "can-do attitude." The Affiliate Manager will seek out new affiliate relationships to further expand our reach in the online performance marketing industry. You'll be managing affiliates on a day-to-day basis, acting as a problem solver and growing our business. The Affiliate Manager must thrive in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment. Our Affiliate Managers should be self-motivated, excel at relationship building, and analyzing marketing campaigns. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting with planning, forecasting, and measurement of the channel; completing daily reporting that includes competitive insights; guiding the Affiliate Specialist for all campaign operations, inclusive of landing pages, promo codes, creative banners, etc.; owning and managing select pillars of the channel with nominal guidance from the Director; guiding creative assets that align with the brand's goals and tone; leveraging current news and research in traditional marketing channels as well as emerging non-traditional channels to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives; attending all relevant internal meetings and developing sustainable relationships with key departments and leaders, including IT, merchandising, web, creative, finance, legal, etc.; leading conversations with agency, partners & senior management when appropriate; and liaising with Display and Search teams to find efficiencies with similar brand tasks.
