We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate & Social Media Marketing Manager to drive our brand's growth through strategic management of social media, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing program, which includes recruiting new affiliates, maintaining relationships, and optimizing performance to drive sales. You will collaborate with a coordinator and third-party teams to maximize affiliate sign-ups and ensure high-quality partnerships. Regular reviews and analyses of affiliate performance will be essential, allowing you to adjust strategies to meet growth objectives. You will also lead the creation and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon, focusing on both mobile and traditional formats. Working closely with content creators and the graphics team, you will produce engaging posts that align with brand messaging and goals. Your oversight will extend to the scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media content, ensuring consistency and maximum engagement. Another key responsibility will be identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers, particularly within the automotive industry, to promote our products through authentic content. You will develop strategies to leverage micro-influencers to expand brand awareness and drive product adoption, coordinating influencer campaigns from initial outreach to content approval and performance tracking. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be necessary to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives. You will ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and formats, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style. Monitoring and responding to social media engagement will also be part of your role, fostering a strong community around the brand. Finally, you will track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all affiliate, social media, and influencer marketing efforts. Preparing regular reports detailing campaign performance, ROI, and actionable insights will guide future strategies.
