About the position

The Affirmative Action Data Analyst at MRA is responsible for compiling and analyzing human resources data to prepare affirmative action reports and supporting documents for clients. This role involves managing multiple data sets, ensuring data accuracy, and interacting with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional products and services.

Responsibilities

• Compile human resources data from multiple sources.
• Reconcile information, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy for AAP reports.
• Manage multiple spreadsheets and data sets while tracking key updates.
• Prepare accurate and formatted data files in MS Excel using appropriate formulas and functions.
• Develop recommendations to remedy errors and mitigate future occurrences.
• Operate computers and special software to prepare AAP and reporting documents.
• Interact with key stakeholders, including company representatives and MRA clients.
• Assist with state/local municipality, EEO-1, and Vets 4212 Reporting.
• Research and suggest process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Stay current with affirmative action requirements and DOL regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of professional business experience analyzing and reporting data.
• Moderate proficiency with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Moderate proficiency with Adobe Pro.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Data Analytics.
• 3+ years of professional business experience analyzing and reporting data.
• Experience working with affirmative action plans, EEO-1 reports, and Vets 4212 regulations.
• General HR experience.
