The Community Manager is responsible, under the supervision of the Regional Manager, for all operations at the community. This includes general administration, maintenance, directing on-site personnel, and managing resources to ensure a stabilized fiscal operation. The Community Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of life for residents and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. As the Community Manager, you will supervise all community team members and ensure that they are effectively carrying out their responsibilities. You will be tasked with completing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track the community's performance and compliance. Maintaining accurate resident files in compliance with established management procedures and funding agency regulations is essential.
