About the position

Aflac is seeking to hire 3 new Benefits Advisors for its Iowa sales team. This full-time position is designed for driven individuals who thrive in a business-to-business sales environment. The role focuses on delivering voluntary benefits to employees while addressing the challenges faced by small businesses. Responsibilities

• Partnering with local employers to address benefits challenges using Aflac's plans and services.
• Growing business relationships through company-provided leads, personal networking, and referrals.
• Conducting engaging sales presentations and enrollments at worksites and in remote environments.
• Providing excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
• Attending team meetings, sales training, and mentor sessions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills and a confident sales mentality.
• Entry-level position, prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
