About the position

We are seeking a fun and organized part-time nanny to provide after-school care for our multi-generational household in Redmond, WA. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and able to manage schedules while engaging our children in educational and fun activities. This role focuses on flexibility and creating memorable experiences for our kids aged 7, 9, and 15.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-school care from 4-7pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday evenings for date nights.
• Assist with child transportation and homework supervision.
• Perform light home organization and simple meal preparation.
• Manage children's schedules, including coordinating after-school activities and appointments.
• Engage children in fun and educational activities that align with their interests and hobbies.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's needs and any concerns.

Requirements

• Prior nanny experience with glowing references.
• Safe driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to assist with homework, including math support for 8th grade.
• Comfortable with light household tasks and managing children's schedules.
• CPR Certification (Required).
• Driver's License (Required).
