About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and caring After School Nanny to join a family in Western Shawnee, KS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the care of a 22-month-old toddler, as well as assisting with two older children in middle and high school. The position requires the nanny to arrive at the family's home by 3:30 PM and stay until approximately 6:30 or 7:00 PM. During this time, the nanny will engage with the toddler, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while also managing any activities or needs that arise. In addition to caring for the toddler, there may be occasions when the nanny is asked to pick up the older children from school. The family will provide advance notice for these pickups, allowing the nanny to plan accordingly. The family is also looking for someone who is flexible and willing to travel with them during holiday breaks and summer vacations. This position is expected to start as soon as possible and will continue throughout the school year, with the potential for an extended commitment beyond that. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of childcare experience required.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in toddler care required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to commit to a part-time schedule from 3:30 PM to 6:30/7 PM.
