The Education Team (TET) is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as After-School Substitute Teachers in Los Angeles. As a leading staffing firm, TET specializes in providing substitute teachers to after-school programs across the nation, and we are currently looking for substitutes to work with students in grades K-8th. The position requires a commitment to work after school hours, specifically from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose the days you are available to work, with a minimum requirement of two days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the education field while enjoying a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.50. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, although those with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree will earn a higher pay rate. Additionally, candidates must be able to pass a live scan TB test prior to hire. While some experience working with children is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage students in grades K-8th during after-school hours.
• Implement lesson plans and activities as directed by the regular teacher.

• Maintain classroom management and discipline in accordance with school policies.

Requirements
