About the position

The Aftermarket Expeditor at Mi-Jack Products, Inc. serves as the primary liaison between purchasing and aftermarket departments, ensuring timely fulfillment of purchasing demands for aftermarket products. This role involves close collaboration with the CSR Manager and Inventory Manager to optimize inventory levels and procurement strategies, handle procurement processes, and address any issues related to purchased items.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between purchasing and aftermarket departments.
• Work closely with the CSR Manager to understand customer needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to optimize inventory levels and procurement strategies.
• Handle the procurement process for aftermarket-specific items, including sourcing and issuing purchase orders.
• Track deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals of purchased items.
• Address issues or discrepancies related to purchased items by communicating with vendors and taking corrective actions.
• Keep accurate records of purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications.
• Update internal systems with relevant information for tracking and reporting purposes.

Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a related position or field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems or procurement software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
