Visit our website for more information: https://www.tpsovens.com EOE AA M/F/H/V Summary: This position is responsible for the coordination and management of installations, service retrofit upgrades, new orders, and projects within the aftermarket department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Provide accurate timelines and milestone information to customers and to internal team members. * Develop comprehensive lists of engineering schematics, parts lists, and documentation to support aftermarket projects. * Manage and develop retrofit kits and standardize parts lists to support installations and other projects. * Review upcoming service installations and prepare supplies/parts lists to be shipped on time with correct quantity. * Work directly with field service engineers to obtain accurate information pertaining to the project(s) and provide assistance. * Navigate internal systems to find needed data to support project requirements. * Communicate with clients regularly and monitor client satisfaction; escalate client concerns when unable to resolve directly. * Communicate with key subcontractors as required to ensure performance and manage commercial matters. * Participate in completing project related parts orders and work on special projects as needed. Education and/or Experience: Secondary degree in a management discipline and 2+ years of experience in project management related field desired. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to analyze, through critical thinking, a verity of solutions to any one problem or improved methods to accomplish identical tasks. Computer Skills: MS Office software. Able to use BPCS and Salesforce applications a plus.
