About the position
The Aftersales Operations Associate at AgRevolution is responsible for managing the sales, receipt, delivery, and inventory of parts in a prompt and safe manner. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by promoting and fulfilling product orders while maintaining an organized workspace. The position requires interaction with service technicians and involves operating material handling equipment as needed.
Responsibilities
- Promotes, sells, quotes, and fills product/parts orders to meet customer needs.
- Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
- Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments and assists with placing stock in proper inventory locations.
- Processes related payments and assists in keeping areas clean and orderly.
- Manages stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
- Maintains all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
- May be required to operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.
- Previous experience in a parts/aftersales role within an automotive or industrial machinery/equipment business.
- Experience using parts catalogs and managing information utilizing a computer application system.
