Responsibilities

• Operate different types of farm machinery including tractors, forklifts, and mowers.
• Perform soil preparation, crop planting, harvesting, and processing tasks.
• Lift and carry loads up to 60 pounds as required.
• Load and unload crops or containers of materials manually or using machinery.
• Drive to and from the worksite and other locations as directed, if eligible under Michigan law.
• Utilize additional attachments for tractors to assist with various agricultural tasks.
• Adjust body position to perform tasks such as bending, stooping, standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable commercial agriculture equipment operator experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
