Responsibilities
- Harvest corn, wheat, and alfalfa.
- Perform maintenance at the shop.
- Clean the shop and trucks.
- Drive tractors and harvesters.
- Conduct light mechanic work and tire work.
- Operate a jack runner and conveyor belt.
- Service tractors and harvest machinery, including loaders and backhoes.
- Operate backhoe or skid steer.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Physical ability to meet lifting requirements.
- Capability to work in extreme temperatures.
- Ability to perform extensive pushing or pulling tasks.
- Willingness to engage in extensive sitting or walking activities.
- Frequent stooping or bending over as required.
