About The Position

The Ag Loan Officer will be responsible for managing and expanding an existing loan portfolio within a family-owned organization dedicated to the agricultural sector. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, community involvement, and collaboration with a dedicated team to enhance the organization's presence in the region.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Ag lending
• Strong background in finance
• Proven ability to manage loan documentation, credit analysis, and new accounts
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to relationship building
• Involvement in the community is highly desirable
